Our Wedding

The Beginning They say that if something is meant for you, it will always find its way back. Our story began with a quiet hint of the future when Justin was working just a few feet away in my neighbor’s backyard. We didn't know it then, but the universe was already weaving our lives together.Fate soon got a little help from family. My adopted brother and his wife, knowing my heart better than I did, secretly built a bridge between us through a dating profile they had carefully crafted. When they finally handed me access to the account, Justin was there waiting. We spent a beautiful year together starting in October 2022, but life eventually called us to grow in separate directions. The Journey Back We spent eighteen months focusing on our individual paths, but the connection we shared never truly faded. In February 2025, a simple message brought us back into each other's lives, proving that the time apart was just the preparation we needed for a lifetime together. We realized then what we know for certain now: we were always the destination. The Proposal On December 14th, 2025, Justin turned a beautiful Sunday into the most important day of our lives. Under the guise of a birthday lunch for my Goddaughter, we headed to Sunset Beach in Huntington Beach for a quick walk before tacos. As we stepped onto the sand, the world seemed to slow down. The sun was dipping below the horizon, and the notes of "Beautiful Crazy" by Luke Combs began to drift through the air. There stood Justin, waiting for me at the end of an aisle lined with delicate baby’s breath. Behind him, a sign asked the question of: "Will You Marry Me?"Calling me "Baby Doll," he spoke the most beautiful words I’ve ever heard—telling me he always knew I was the one and promising to love me even beyond the end of our lives. Through tears of joy, I said yes to my best friend and the man who never gave up on us.

The Road Back to You

The Road Back To You

They say friends are the family we choose, and Amanda has been exactly that for me. From the very beginning of my journey with Justin, through the quiet months of our time apart, and finally to that magical sunset in Huntington Beach—she has been my constant.Amanda, thank you for being the keeper of the secret, for using our Goddaughter as the cutest 'decoy' in history, and for making sure every detail of our proposal was perfect. To Amanda and Jimmy: thank you for not just witnessing our love story, but for helping us write its most beautiful chapters. We love you both so much!

Our Story

Photos

Amanda isn’t just my best friend; she is the sister I chose and the steady heart I’ve leaned on through every high and low. I am endlessly grateful for her because she has walked with me through every season—the easy times, the "in-between" years, and finally, the journey back to Justin. She is the kind of friend who doesn’t just listen; she shows up, she supports, and she protects the people she loves.

I am especially honored to have her as my Matron of Honor because our "forever" started with her. She was the secret architect behind the proposal, using my Goddaughter as the perfect decoy and making sure every detail at Sunset Beach was a dream come true. Having her stand right by my side as I say "I do" feels like the only way to start this chapter. She has been the keeper of my secrets and the champion of my happiness, and I truly couldn’t imagine this day—or my life—without her.

Amanda— The Mastermind

Sheila has been my person since she was born. I only had to live one year without her! She isn't just my cousin; she is the sister I’ve had by my side through every single season of my life. I am endlessly grateful for her because she provides the kind of solid, unbiased truth that is so rare to find. Whether I’m facing a major life crossroads or just need a steady hand, she has guided me with a heart that is always true and a perspective I trust implicitly.

I am so honored to have her as my Bridesmaid because she has been a witness to every chapter of my story, from childhood to this very moment. Having my "ride or die" standing at the altar with me as I start this new journey with Justin means the world to me. She has helped me make my best decisions and has been my constant support through the tough ones. She is the sister of my heart, and I am a better, more confident woman because she is in my corner.

Sheila— The Lifelong Ride or Die

Nicole and I met when we were just twelve years old, and in the years since, she has become so much more than a friend, she is the sister of my soul. I am truly grateful for her in ways that words cannot fully describe. When I was very sick, Nicole never wavered; she stayed right by my side, providing a level of loyalty and love that I will never forget. She is my soul sister who doesn’t just celebrate the highs but carries you through the lows.

She has survived every up and down of life with me, always offering wonderful advice and helping me live with a sense of freedom. She reminds me to be exactly who I am and to embrace every moment. I am so honored to have her in my wedding because she has been a witness to my entire journey and a pillar of my strength. Having her stand with me as I marry Justin feels like the perfect completion of a story we started writing together as young girls. My big day simply wouldn't be the same without my sister there to share it.

Nicole—The Sister of My Soul

Michelle and I met in the hallways of Highland High School back in 2016. What started as coworkers quickly turned into a deep, essential friendship that made the school years fun and life even better. I am so incredibly grateful to have her in my life because she is my "solid and sure." She has shared in all of life’s ups and downs, but more importantly, she has supported me through my toughest adult decisions. Michelle has been the one to help me navigate life with her clear, grounded perspective.

I deeply admire her love and her determination; she is so incredibly strong in all aspects of life, and that strength has been a constant inspiration to me. I am so honored to have her in my wedding because she represents the strength and loyalty I cherish most. Having her by my side as I marry Justin gives me so much peace, knowing that my best friend who has helped me stay true to myself is there to witness my "happily ever after."

Michelle — The Voice of Reason

I met Amy through Amanda years ago, and I am so incredibly grateful that our paths crossed. Amy is the friend who reminds me that life is meant to be lived out loud! I am thankful for her because she consistently encourages me to step outside of my comfort zone and try things I never thought I would. She provides the kind of advice that gives me a "push" when I need it most, always ensuring I’m having a blast while doing it.

I am so happy to have her in my wedding because she brings a vibrant energy and a sense of fun that is absolutely contagious. Every bride needs that friend who reminds them to enjoy the ride and live life to the fullest, and for me, that is Amy. Having her by my side ensures my big day will be filled with laughter and adventure.

Amy— The Adventurous Spirit

Tina is my sister, but she has filled so many more roles than that, she has been a mother figure, a mentor, and a constant source of inspiration. I am so grateful to her for teaching me how to be a better version of myself and for pushing me to embrace life with open arms. From traveling caves together to her encouraging me to face the things that scare me, she has taught me that I am capable of anything.

Having her in my wedding is so important to me because she is the one who taught me how to love life and explore its possibilities. Her presence at my side as I marry Justin is a tribute to the strength she helped me build. I am so lucky to have her guidance and her adventurous spirit with me as I take this next big step.

Tina— The Guide & Inspiration

As Justin’s oldest sister, Megan was the first to offer me a seat at the family table, but it was her fun-loving spirit and quick wit that made me want to stay forever. She is much more than a sister-in-law; she is a kind-hearted soul who accepted me as family without a moment's hesitation. I am endlessly grateful for the way she balances her role as the family's 'original' sister with a sense of humor that can brighten any trail. Having her stand with me means the world because she represents the beautiful history of the family I am joining. She is the kind of person who makes the heavy moments feel light and the joyful moments feel like a celebration. To have her laughter and her blessing as I marry her brother is a gift I’ll cherish for all our seasons to come.

Megan — The Trailblazer

Ashley is Justin’s youngest sister, and from the moment we met, she has been the bridge that made my transition into the family feel seamless and sincere. She possesses a beautiful soul and a truly rare, kind heart that she shares so selflessly. I am so lucky to have felt her warmth from day one; she didn’t just welcome me—she made sure I knew I belonged. Ashley has a way of seeing the beauty in everything, and having her by my side brings a sense of peace and genuine love to our wedding party. As the youngest of the siblings, she represents the bright future of our growing family. Standing with her as I say 'I do' feels like the final piece of the puzzle falling into place, and I am so honored to finally call her my sister.

Ashley — The Compass

If there is one person who knows how to take life by the reins, it’s Misty. Our story goes way back to when she was just seven years old, back when I was teaching her how to sit tall in a saddle and ride her first horse. From those dusty trails to the day she officially joined the family by marrying my nephew, she’s been a constant source of joy and straight-shooting honesty.

Misty is the definition of "one-of-a-kind." She’s eccentric, fiercely outgoing, and never afraid to speak her mind—qualities I admired so much that I was honored to stand as her Maid of Honor. Now, I couldn’t imagine hitting the trail toward my own "I Do" without her by my side. Get ready, because if there’s a laugh to be had or a story to be told, Misty will be right in the middle of it!

Misty- The Maverick

Jill and I met in my early 30s, and from that moment on, she has been a constant source of positivity in my life. I am so grateful for her kind, wonderful heart and her unique ability to teach me how to laugh, even in the midst of life’s trials and tribulations. She has a beautiful way of refocusing my heart on the good, no matter what is happening around us.

I am honored to have her in my wedding because she represents the peace and joy that come with a true friendship. Having Jill stand with me as I marry Justin reminds me to cherish the happy moments and to keep a smile on my face through all of life’s journeys. She truly is the light in the storm, and I couldn’t imagine this celebration without her beautiful spirit.Jill focuses on the good and keeps us all smiling. Every wedding needs that kind of light, and I'm so lucky she's mine.

Jill— The Light in the Storm

Kori is Justin’s niece, and at just 11 years old, she is already a force of nature. She is absolutely full of life, bringing a vibrant energy and a wonderfully sarcastic sense of humor to every family gathering. Beneath her quick wit and infectious laughter is a beautiful, kind soul that shines through in everything she does. I am so happy to have her as my Junior Bridesmaid because she represents the joy and the future of the family I am so proud to join. She is the kind of girl who keeps everyone on their toes and fills the room with light. Having her walk with me toward her Uncle Justin adds a special layer of love to our day, and I am so honored to have her spirited heart by my side as we start this journey.

Kori — The Wildflower

Justin’s mentor, his North Star, and the man he trusts with his life. More than just a father, John is the steady hand that guided Justin along every trail and the best friend who has never wavered in his support. Whether they are sharing a quiet moment by the fire or navigating the roughest terrain, John is the legendary figure who always has his back—a true pillar of the posse and the man who taught him how to ride tall in the saddle.

John - The Foreman

The Ultimate Wingman Jimmy isn't just a great friend; he’s the man who helped make our engagement possible. Whether he was helping Amanda organize the "birthday lunch" ruse or making sure everything was perfect on the sand, we are so grateful for his support. We’re honored to have him standing with us as we start this new chapter.

Jimmy - The Accomplice -

Every posse needs a man who’s reliable under pressure, and Mitch is exactly that. Introduced by the ladies, he and Justin quickly realized they shared a respect for the iron and the open air. After countless days spent shooting and hanging out at the homestead, Mitch has become a brother-in-arms to the Groom. He’s a man of grit and loyalty, and there’s no one better to have riding shotgun on the wedding trail.

Mitch - The Marksman -

Ryan is the kind of man you want in your corner when the trail gets dusty. He and Justin hit it off from the start, bonded by a shared appreciation for a good laugh and a better story. He’s more than just family by marriage; he’s a trusted friend who’s earned his place in this posse. If you’re looking for Ryan, he’ll be the one holding court at the bar with a story you won't want to miss.

Ryan - The Kinsman -

A kinsman to the bride and a man of trade, Kenneth was quick to find common ground with Justin. Bound by a mutual respect for the grit of construction and a drive to see what lies beyond the next ridge. Kenneth is the type of man who knows that a life—like a home—is only as good as the foundation you build it on. He’s a steady hand in this posse and a reliable partner on any trail.

Kenneth - The Mason

Jerry joined the crew by way of the Bride, but he and Justin quickly formed a bond that stands on its own. A man who values good company and a sharp laugh, Jerry has shared many a trail and many a table with the Groom. Whether they’re out on the town or sharing stories over a drink, Jerry is a steady presence who knows that the best journeys are the ones shared with good people.

Jerry - The Compatriot -

Justin’s brother-in-law and the steadiest hand in the posse. Whether they’re out on the range trading shots or just sharing a quiet moment under the desert sky, Jessie is the man Justin trusts to have his back. A true marksman of character, he brings a calm strength and a reliable spirit to the trail, making him a cornerstone of this wedding party and a brother-in-arms for life.

Jessie - The Straight Shooter

Justin’s brother-in-law and the man with the fastest punchline in the territory. Known for having a legendary sense of humor that can brighten even the dustiest trail. If you hear a roar of laughter coming from the saloon, you’ve found Bobby.

Bobby - The Quick-Draw Wit

From the halls of high school to the open range, Adrian has been a constant in Justin’s life. Their friendship was forged over long afternoons spent fishing, late-night video game marathons, and the steady strum of guitars.

Whether they were chasing the big catch or just trading riffs, Adrian has always been a "ride or die" friend. His loyalty and shared history make him a natural fit for the wedding party. We are honored to have him standing tall at the altar as we trade our vows and start this new chapter

Adrian - The Drifter

Nick and Justin’s friendship wasn’t just built on high scores and late-night gaming; it was forged in the heat of the workday and the grit of the job site. Since meeting through Ashley in 2012, they’ve swung hammers together in the construction trade and navigated the toughest stretches of the trail side-by-side.

Nick is the kind of friend who doesn’t just show up for the celebration—he’s the one who stands tall when the weather gets rough. Whether they were clearing a level in a video game or helping each other through life’s real-world challenges, Nick has been the steady, reliable presence Justin could always count on.

Nick - The Anchor

Chris and Justin’s story started with loud amps and late nights back in high school. As bandmates, they found their rhythm early on, and while they may have "partied the paint off the barn" in those younger years, Chris proved to be much more than just a fellow musician.

With a sharp sense of humor that can lighten any trail and a loyalty that means he always shows up exactly when he’s needed, Chris is the definition of a "ride-along" friend. Whether they were center stage or just navigating life, he’s been a steady beat in Justin’s life for years.

Chris

Logann is my beautiful Goddaughter, and she holds a very special place in my heart. She isn’t just our Flower Girl; she was actually the "secret agent" who helped make our engagement happen! On that day at Sunset Beach, she was the perfect decoy, keeping me distracted just long enough for Justin to get down on one knee.

I am so incredibly proud of the girl she is becoming. Having her lead the way down the aisle as we start our life as a family means the world to me. She brings so much joy and light to our lives, and I couldn't imagine saying "I do" without my favorite little lady by my side. Watch out for her—she’s been practicing her petal-tossing and is sure to steal the show!

Logann— The Star of the Show

Wyatt is my wonderful Godson and, along with his sister Logann, was a crucial part of the "Master Plan" at Sunset Beach. While Logann was the perfect decoy, Wyatt was right there helping pull off the surprise of a lifetime! I am so grateful to have his adventurous spirit and sweet heart as part of our wedding day.

As our official Ring Bearer, Wyatt has the most important job of the day—making sure the rings get to the altar safe and sound. I am so proud to have him standing up there with us; he has been a part of our journey from the beginning, and having him lead the way for Justin and me is a memory I will cherish forever. He might be young with lots of energy, but he has a big role in our family, and we couldn’t do this without him!

Wyatt— The Ring Security

Tehachapi Wind:

It’s famous for its wind turbines for a reason! Even on a sunny day, it can get breezy, so hold onto your hats. And possibly catch a glimpse of the wild horses running through the hills.
